The Sub Registrar Office at Malhotra House will be shifted to alternate premises- Subhash Deshmukh

Nagpur : The Cooperatives Minister Shri Subhash Deshmukh informed the Legislative Council today that the building of the Sub Registrar Office at the Malhotra House in Mumbai is in dilapidated condition. Besides debris have come down from some portion of the building. This office will be immediately shifted to alternative premises to avoid any mishap.

A member Advocate Shri Rahul Narvekar had tabled a calling attention motion with respect to the dilapidated condition of the building of the Sub Registrar Office at the Malhotra House in Mumbai. Shri Deshmukh was replying this calling attention motion. He stated that he has visited the Malhotra House and observed the building. The owner of the building has been instructed to repair the building. The structural audi tof the building will be carried out. Search for alternative premises is going on. The Government will take every precaution to ensure the safety of the life of every employee.
